This two-year Online MBA in Human Resource Management is designed based on present-day industry requirements for individuals looking to build or boost their career to managerial and strategic roles in the HR domain.
It equips the learners with a detailed understanding of various HR functions like training, recruitment, performance management, and human resource regulations. In addition, the MBA in HR Management Degree curriculum also includes courses on dealing with people's skills, capabilities, systems, practices, and behaviors. The MBA Human Resource Management Degree is intended to enhance learners' leadership and communication skills, thus accelerating their careers across key corporate roles in the HR domain.
Elective Highlights
- Exposure to advanced courses like HR Metrics and Analytics, OD and Change Management, etc.
- Learn the strategies to plan, supervise, and engage the company's workforce
- Develop strong interviewing and communciation skills
- Propose solutions by analyzing real-world situations as a part of master thesis
Eligibility
Pass in an Undergraduate (Bachelor) Program of a minimum duration of three (3) years in any stream from a UGC Recognized University, with a minimum aggregate of 50% or an equivalent letter/numerical grade. A relaxation of 5% shall be given to SC/ST candidates.
Candidates who are in the final semester of the Bachelors Program are also eligible to apply for the Online MBA in Human Resource Management Program.
